Wont do that again.... |
8/10/2014 |
I did a stupid thing! I had forgotten to take my vitamins for the day so before I went to bed, on a fairly empty stomach, I took them. Although some of the vitamins clearly say on the label to take them with food, it was late at night and I just took them without food. Within minutes after taking them, I had bad cramps and a mondo diarrhea. I was awake all night long, running to the bathroom. Then I suddenly remembered, duh, I had bought a bottle of Newton Diarrhea, just in case I ever needed it. Took my first dose and my cramps went away. Took 2 more doses, 15 minutes apart and presto, diarrhea was gone. Should have taken it way sooner....Way to go Newton. You saved me again..... |
